Maxine Quilt Coat - L
Reworked + Repurposed, one of a kind 🧵 quilt coat. When I tell you I was tempted to keep this one, I mean it! I LOVE these colors! ❤️ This is another one that I got as just a quilt top, so I added batting, some nice blue backing, and quilted it up before turning it into a coat. There is a bit of color transfer on the back below the orange blocks, but it is extremely faint and hard to see when worn. I can’t wait to see someone love and cherish this coat. The fabric I used around the pockets was also from the quilt! I loved the little duck fabric so much, I made sure it had a special place on the collar. 🦆
